HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Kanpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, coordination, and ensuring a smooth hiring process for various departments, primarily Sales and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements for Sales, Operations, and Corporate roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Schedule interviews with department heads and maintain coordination throughout the process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely reporting.
• Conduct initial HR discussions regarding company policies, salary structure, and job expectations.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Implement recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong interest in HR also considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of hiring practices and job markets.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools/portals.
• Must be disciplined, energetic, and target-driven.

Salary Range

₹8000 – ₹10,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance)
