Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a background in the steel sector, preferably someone who is familiar with the local talent pool in Raipur . The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help build a strong, skilled workforce aligned with our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in the steel industry.
• Source candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and local sources.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate communication.
• Maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for various functional areas.
• Prepare job descriptions and assist with workforce planning.
• Track recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the steel sector.
• Strong understanding of roles in steel plant operations (e.g., rolling mill, blast furnace, maintenance, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and local job portals.
• Candidates must be from Raipur
