Job Summary:- We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, talent sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, with a strong focus.

Key Responsibilities:-
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.Source candidates through various platforms (Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, Internal Database).Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain and update the candidate database in HRIS tools.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.Coordinate with internal teams to understand manpower needs.Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.0–2 years of experience in recruitment (Fresher’s with relevant HR training can apply).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals.Ability to work under deadlines and achieve hiring targets.Basic understanding of IT roles and skills is an added advantage.Graduates and Postgraduates only — Pursuing students are not eligible to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
