Job Description

An HR Recruiter is responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings within an organization. They manage the entire recruitment process from initial sourcing to onboarding, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sourcing & Recruitment: Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking events.

· Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

· Candidate Management: Maintaining candidate databases, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to hiring managers.

· Onboarding: Coordinating with the new hire and HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

· Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment with company goals.

· Employer Branding: Promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

· Market Research: Staying up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.

· Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to build rapport with candidates and create a positive candidate experience.

· Organizational Skills:

Managing multiple recruitment processes and candidate information efficiently.

· Problem-Solving Skills:

Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the recruitment process.

· Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

· Knowledge of HR Practices:

Understanding of recruitment processes, employment laws, and best practices.

In essence, an HR Recruiter acts as a crucial link between job seekers and employers, ensuring that the right people are placed in the right roles to drive organizational success.

· Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers

· Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks

· Reviewing resumes and screening candidates

· Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers

· Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates

· Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
