We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

-* Candidate Screening:* Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.

- Job Postings: Create and manage job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and company career pages.

- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
