Job Description

The HR Recruiter Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordination with hiring managers to support the organization’s staffing needs while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. Key ResponsibilitiesSource and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal networks. Review applications, screen resumes, and shortlist suitable candidates for various roles. Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate fit and interest. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and documentation. Manage offer releases, salary discussions, and pre-joining formalities. Support the onboarding process to ensure a positive joining experience. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer branding activities.
