Job Description

Designation - HR Recruiter

Experience - 2-5 years

Looking for Graduate /Post Graduate/PGDM(Human Resource Management)

Responsibilities

Should be able to do cold calling for recruitment under supervision
Manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates
Design and update job descriptions on portals.
Need to take care employee engagement activity for sales team.
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current

Need to handle other HR Activities if required

Requirements -

Candidates should be approachable, well dressed, impeccable grooming standards will be expected.
Pleasing & joyful personality
Good Communication Skill
Honest, ethical, and dependable
Positive, go-getter attitude
Candidate preferred from BPO Industry.

Timings- 8.00 AM TO 5.00 PM

Working Days - 5 Days
