Job Description

Job Brief: A Non-IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for roles that do not require technical expertise. These roles can include positions in marketing, sales, human resources, finance, customer service, administration, and other non-technical fields. Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for non-IT roles. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics. Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates. Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for non-IT roles. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Experience using social media and other platforms for recruitment
