Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for open positions.
  • Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
  • Manage interview scheduling, logistics, and follow-up communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure timely filling of open positions by identifying suitable candidates within given timeframes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 4 to 7 years of recruitment experience
  • Prior experience in construction/infrastructure industry preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using

    Naukri tool

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
