Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and supporting HR initiatives that align with our growth and values. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values people-first hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across production, sales, and support functions
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer rollouts
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
• Build relationships with local colleges, placement agencies, and job portals
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
• Assist in employer branding and internal HR communications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Candidate Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or textile sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment software
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
