Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Gurugram. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Other tasks include maintaining the candidate database, updating job descriptions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to understand staffing needs and build effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing candidates
Ability to develop and update job descriptions
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in hiring
Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
