HR Executive and Recruiter Job description Roles and Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, encompassing sourcing, screening, Scheduling and interviewing candidates. Actively engage in candidate hiring by visiting colleges, institutions, and foundations as needed. Screen and shortlist candidates for preliminary and final rounds of interviews as per requirements. Conduct salary negotiations after thoroughly checking previous salary details through bank statements. Oversee background verification processes for newly joined employees. Contribute to strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals to drive organizational success. Manage administrative activities, including attendance and time management. Skills: Proficient in Basic MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu for effective communication with a diverse workforce and stakeholders.   Education: Master of Business Administration or any Graduation. Qualification: 6 months or more years relevance experience.
