Job Title: HR Recruiter (Leadership & Bulk Hiring ) (Remote/WFO) Company: ABS Group Client/Project: Responsibility Location: Remote + Work From Office (for Delhi NCR / Rohtak area candidates) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2- 6 Years (Leadership & Volume Hiring Experience) Industry: Consulting / Recruitment Services Functional Area: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level and leadership roles Run 1215 walk-in drives/month for telesales or entry-level roles; ensure strong daily coordination and planning. Use advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards) for high-quality candidate pipelines. Collaborate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, and close offers. Handle bulk onboarding, MIS tracking, and offer rollouts for large volumes. Ensure great candidate experience throughout the hiring funnel. Meet monthly performance targets equal to 8x of your salary through closures. Candidates from Delhi, NCR, and Rohtak surroundings should be comfortable working from office if required. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate or postgraduate in HR or related field 2- 6 years of experience in leadership hiring and bulk/telesales hiring Strong communication and multitasking ability Experience handling 1215 walk-in drives/month is mandatory Excellent coordination and target-focused mindset Comfortable working in target-driven environments with performance-based incentives Additional Details Salary: As per experience + Attractive Incentives Target: Closures equivalent to 8x of base salary/month Working: Remote + WFO (as per client location needs) Preference: Candidates from Delhi, NCR, and Rohtak who can work from office if needed Joining: Immediate or within 1530 days Why Join ABS Group?
