• Job Title: HR Recruiter
• Reports to: Recruitment Manager/Team Lead
• Location: Nanpura, Athwalines, Airplane circle, Surat

Job Summary: We seek an experienced HR Recruiter to join our recruitment agency team, specializing in sourcing top talent for our clients' HR departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for all open positions.
• 2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.
• 3. Create job postings, advertisements, and social media content.
• 4. Utilize ATS, job boards, and professional networks.
• 5. Conduct phone and video interviews.
• 6. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates.
• 7. Negotiate salary packages and facilitate client-candidate meetings.
• 8. Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 1. 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in HR.
• 2. Proven track record of successful placements.
• 3. Strong understanding of HR functions and job requirements.
• 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• 5. Ability to work under pressure.

Desirable Skills

• 1. Familiarity with ATS software.
• 2. Knowledge of social media recruitment strategies.
• 3. Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• 1. Number of successful placements.
• 2. Client satisfaction ratings.
• 3. Candidate satisfaction ratings.
• 4. Time-to-hire metrics.
