HR Recruiter

• Identifying and Sourcing Candidates:Recruiters actively search for qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screening Resumes and Applications:They review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
• Conducting Interviews:Recruiters conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinating Interviews with Hiring Managers:They schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant team members.
• Maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS):Recruiters use ATS to manage candidate data, track applications, and ensure compliance.
• Negotiating Offers:They negotiate job offers with selected candidates and extend employment contracts.
• Onboarding New Hires:Recruiters facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new employees have the resources and information they need to succeed.
• Developing and Maintaining Recruitment Strategies:They work with HR managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Building Relationships with Hiring Managers:Recruiters collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide updates on the recruitment process.
• Tracking Hiring Metrics:They monitor key metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
