Job Description

End-to-end recruitment activities for tech hiring: sourcing candidates, creating, and posting jobs on various portals, screening CVs, interview management, etc. Record and track all recruiting activities and present reports to the relevant stakeholders when required. Identified critical talent needs, high priority positions and delivered results using various recruiting tools and avenues in a timely and cost-effective manner. Maintain all statistical data associated with the recruitment of open positions ensuring timely and accurate information processing Screening resumes after sourcing them based on the job description given and after checking parameters like education, experience, Communication skills, interpersonal skills, candidates in-depth knowledge of relevant technology, functional skills and sharing to client. Working according to KRA and analyzing the requirements. Coordinating with client & candidate from the scratch. Handled End to End recruitment for all levels of positions including Junior to Mid Senior and Leadership level positions.
