About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about talent acquisition, people management, and building a strong workforce. You will work closely with senior HR professionals to learn the end-to-end recruitment process and contribute to hiring the best talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Participate in campus recruitment activities and job fairs.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer letters.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team in onboarding and documentation.
• Learn and implement best practices in recruitment and employer branding.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
