We have an opportunity for Electrical Engineering Graduate with passionate to work in core engineering and technology.

Job Description:

· Manage the full- cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews and selecting candidates.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements and expectations.

· Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media platforms, professional networks and employee referrals.

· Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.

· Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate’s skills, experience and cultural fit.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

· Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.

· Extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation process.

· Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company

· Maintain accurate and up to- date records of the recruitment process.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Key Skills Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

· Proven work experience as a Non- IT HR Recruiter.

· Knowledge of full- cycle recruiting techniques and best practices.

· Strong sourcing skills and the ability to use various recruitment channels effectively.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills and cultural fit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
