HR Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter at PineSucceed located in Jaipur, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment. Your tasks will include: - Sourcing potential candidates from various job portals - Screening and shortlisting prospective candidates - Conducting skills assessments as per job requirements - Sourcing relevant profiles from multiple job portals - Scheduling, follow-up, and coordination with candidates to ensure show-up and feedback from the interviewer - Developing and managing strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates - Working closely with Hiring Managers to understand overall needs and requirements - Consistently meeting the performance metrics as defined by the Manager - Co-ordination with consultants will also be a part of your role Freshers are also welcome to apply for this position.
