Position: HR Recruiter Location: Mumbai Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience Required: 1–3 years Qualification: Associate Degree or equivalent Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Mumbai. The role involves handling the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for entry to mid-level roles. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels. Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, assessing candidates’ fitment. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics. Assist with onboarding formalities and documentation. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of HR policies and compliance. Who Can Apply: Male and Female candidates with 1–3 years of recruitment experience. Candidates from BPO, corporate, or staffing backgrounds will be preferred.
