Job Description – HR Recruiter Key Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain job descriptions. Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessment tests. Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms. Shortlist and recommend the most suitable candidates to hiring managers for final selection. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication. Maintain an organized and updated candidate database for present and future hiring requirements. Ensure timely closure of urgent and critical positions within defined deadlines. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance employer branding. Key Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Ability to build strong relationships with candidates Results-driven approach to achieving recruitment targets and timely closures Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in HR Recruitment.
