Job Description Understand our products and services well to effectively communicate their features and benefits. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers. Introduce our products/services to customers, initiating further steps in the sales process. Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM following the sales process. Follow up with calls to nurture leads, address additional questions, and guide customers through the sales process. Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions aligned with their requirements. Go the extra mile by making callbacks or arranging calls after office hours based on customer convenience. Qualifications Any Graduate or above. Key Skills Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi & English. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convince potential customers to make a purchase. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proficient experience in using CRM software. Experience Minimum of 5 years in tele-sales. Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus. Other Considerations Male or married female candidates will be given preference. Salary - Rs.20,000 to 25,000 Timings - 9:30 to 6:30 pm Location - Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar.

Key Responsibilities Perform daily, monthly, and yearly accounting activities including bank & credit card reconciliations Prepare and maintain export invoices, metal accounts, and gross profit reports Ensure timely GST and TDS filings; coordinate with the CA for compliance Manage payroll processing and internal expense tracking Oversee shipping bill clearances in line with vendor and bank compliance Generate weekly reports of customer/vendor outstanding Assist in preparing quarterly balance sheets and internal audits Review and improve existing accounting systems and suggest corrective actions Collaborate with other departments for smooth finance operations Required Skills & Tools Accuracy and precision in accounting and reconciliations Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and metal accounting Good written and verbal communication skills Eligibility Criteria Graduate in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in core accounting Prior experience in the jewelry industry will be an added advantage Additional Details Working Days: Monday to Saturday Office Timing: 9:30AM - 6:30PM
