Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Use various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to source suitable candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures of open positions.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Support HR team in employer branding and candidate engagement activities.

Key Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR or related field.
Minimum
1 year of proven experience
in recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
