Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Use various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to source suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
  • Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
  • Support HR team in employer branding and candidate engagement activities.


Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum

    1 year of proven experience

    in recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
