HR Recruiter

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring across technical, engineering, and IT roles, with the ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously. This role involves close coordination with hiring managers, clients, and candidates to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for internal and client positions across domains
  
• Work closely with multiple clients to understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  
• Source candidates using multiple channels job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and databases.
  
• Screen candidates for technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate and schedule client interviews, manage feedback, and maintain transparent communication.
  
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of skilled professionals across various technical disciplines.
  
• Negotiate compensation and employment terms in coordination with clients and internal teams.
  
• Track recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  
• Represent Oges Solutions professionally in all client and candidate interactions.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  
• 2-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in engineering, oil & gas, EPC, or IT services sectors.
  
• Strong understanding of technical and IT roles such as engineers, designers, project managers, developers, and analysts.
  
• Experience handling multiple client accounts and bulk requirements.
  
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
  
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and ATS systems.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
