HR Recruiter

As an experienced professional in the field of HR with a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key areas: - Handling recruitment processes with a strong understanding of recruitment practices - Ensuring complete labor law compliance in all operations - Utilizing your experience in the manufacturing sector to drive HR initiatives - Demonstrating proficiency in PF, ESIC, safety audits, and other related matters - Leveraging your background in placement consultancies to enhance the recruitment process - Having a proven track record will be advantageous - Showcasing excellent communication skills and fluency in English language In terms of educational qualifications, you are expected to hold: - A graduate degree - An MBA in HR - MIRPM (Master of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management) - MLS (Masters in Labour Studies) - MPM (Master of Personnel Management) Please note that this is a full-time position with a preference for candidates with 2 years of experience in HR and a total of 2 years of work experience.
