HR Recruiter

Nilachal credit management Private Limited was established in 2019 is a leading recovery and collection agency in East India. Having our H.O. in Guwahati, Assam, we have our presence in eight states across India with reputed and established national and private banks and NBFC’s with the strength of more than 500 staffs under the IIBF guidance. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our HR team. As an HR Recruiter, your role will involve developing recruitment strategies, sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating compensation packages. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and is adept at using both traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates. Role and Responsibilities: - 1.Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications 2.Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates 3.Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels 4.Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates 5.Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes 6.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and role expectations 7.Organize and facilitate in-person interviews with shortlisted candidates 8.Prepare job offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits with chosen candidates 9.Manage employee referral programs Skills and Qualifications 1.A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related discipline 2.Good writing and analytical skills. 3.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. 4.Good communication and leadership skills. 5.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques 6.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
