Job Description

The recruiter position, whether it be in the IT or Non-IT sector, is currently open in Thane. We welcome both freshers and experienced individuals who have a background in recruitment. As a recruiter, your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, selecting suitable candidates, and finalizing the hiring process. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the candidate experience by crafting job postings, descriptions, and necessary position requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the offer process, including negotiating employment terms and overseeing the onboarding and new hire procedures. Coordinating the training process for candidates and ensuring a smooth overall interview experience are also part of your duties.
