Job Title: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibility

Study the job requirements
Sourcing profiles from various job portals like Naukri, etc
Maintaining and building a resourceful resume data bank
Reviewing, evaluating, and shortlisting profiles
Validating the shortlisted profiles by talking to the candidates and screening them on basic parameters like communication skills, educational eligibility, interests and preferences, current availability, and salary expectations
Scheduling interviews
Conducting the initial round of interviews
Preparing Offer Letter
Joining formalities, handling HRIS

2 to 4 years of experience in End to end recruitment Process
