Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and specifications.
Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback to candidates.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Track and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
Stay updated with industry recruitment trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment
