Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and specifications.
  • Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Track and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
  • Stay updated with industry recruitment trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment
