Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-

to-end the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will identify top talent, ensure a

seamless candidate experience, and support the company’s growth goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all levels: sourcing, screening, scheduling,
  • and onboarding.
  • Use job portals Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source active and
  • passive candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at every stage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
