Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-

to-end the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will identify top talent, ensure a

seamless candidate experience, and support the company’s growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for all levels: sourcing, screening, scheduling,
and onboarding.
Use job portals Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source active and
passive candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures of open positions.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at every stage.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS systems.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
