Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, job specifications, and preferred qualifications. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate databases. Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts. Ensure recruitment practices are in line with company policies and comply with employment laws. Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role (in-house or agency). Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and screening techniques. Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
