Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the entire recruitment cycle — from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding new hires.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and timelines.
  • Maintain and update employee database and recruitment reports.
  • Assist in induction and joining formalities for new employees.
  • Collaborate with managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
