HR Recruiter (Male)

As an HR Recruiter at our company located in Calicut, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Handling end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Coordinating with department heads to comprehend manpower requirements. - Managing job postings, candidate databases, and recruitment reports. - Conducting initial HR interviews and scheduling technical/managerial rounds. - Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Supporting employer branding and recruitment-related activities. To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in retail/IT/sales hiring. - Possess a Bachelors degree/MBA in HR or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals/social media hiring. - Male candidates are preferred.
