Job Description

You have a job opportunity where you will need a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in recruitment. Your main responsibility will be to manage the recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. To achieve this, you will be required to utilize various sourcing methods such as social media, referrals, and recruitment consultancies. Additionally, you will be responsible for screening and shortlisting resumes, coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and preparing and delivering job offers. Qualifications required for this role include an MBA degree. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as food provided, health insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, specifically the morning shift. Furthermore, there is a yearly bonus offered. The work location for this position is in person.
