Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our internal recruitment team. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and onboard talented professionals in alignment with our company's research and technological goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify suitable candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Twitter), social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Represent Blubridge at colleges, job fairs, and industry events to attract talented candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and talent networks to enhance our recruitment pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of all candidates and recruitment activities.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and hiring managers to understand job requirements clearly.
• Engage actively with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in US IT Staffing/recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proven ability to recruit for technical roles effectively.
