Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates:Recruiters actively seek out potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screening Candidates:They review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements.
Conducting Interviews:Recruiters manage the interview process, coordinating with hiring managers and conducting interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
Managing the Recruitment Process:They handle the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact with candidates to extending job offers and onboarding new hires.
Collaborating with Hiring Managers:Recruiters work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide updates on the recruitment process, and ensure alignment on candidate selection.
Negotiating Offers:They negotiate compensation packages and other terms of employment with selected candidates.
Maintaining Candidate Relationships:Recruiters build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
Staying Updated:They keep abreast of recruitment trends, best practices, and relevant labor laws.
Ensuring a Positive Candidate Experience:Recruiters strive to provide a positive and informative experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
