Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter who has strong experience in bulk hiring for delivery associates, riders, field executives, and blue-collar roles. The ideal candidate should be confident in high-volume sourcing, quick closures, and managing end-to-end recruitment. Key Responsibilities:Handle bulk hiring for delivery partners, field executives, riders, warehouse staff, etc. Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, referrals, field sourcing, and local networks. Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate walk-ins/interviews. Close daily/weekly hiring targets as per business requirements. Maintain candidate database and tracking sheets. Coordinate with operations teams for joining, onboarding & documentation. Build strong pipeline for urgent and ongoing hiring needs. Ensure smooth candidate experience. Skills Required:Experience in mass hiring / blue-collar recruitment Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to work with targets and deadlines Knowledge of local sourcing channels Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills Qualifications:Graduation preferred 1–3 years of experience in bulk hiring for logistics/food delivery/e-commerce sectors
