Job Title: HR Recruiter (1 Year Experience) Location: Noida Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1 year of experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process end-to-end, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding activities. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing candidates. · Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and career pages. · Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. · Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability. · Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. · Maintain and update the recruitment database or applicant tracking system (ATS). · Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. · Support HR team in onboarding new hires and preparing necessary documentation. · Maintain recruitment reports and metrics. · Assist with career fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition events. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. · Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Ability to multitask and work under pressure. · Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). · Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn). Preferred Skills: · Experience in [industry-specific] hiring (e.g., IT, BPO, retail, etc.). · Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices. · Certification in HR or recruitment (a plus).
