We are hiring HR Recruiter & HR Intern

Position 1

Job Location:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle the

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions
  
• Source candidates through job portals and referrals
  
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers
  
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Education:

• Any Graduation (Mandatory)
  

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome
  
• Candidates with

  6+ months of BPO recruitment experience

  will be preferred

Skills Required:

• Excellent English communication

  skills
• Knowledge of the complete recruitment process
  
• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
  
• Ability to work in a

  target-driven environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Freshers:

  Up to 18,000 per month

• Experienced (6+ months):

  Up to 25,000 per month (Prefer BPO or Non-IT Recruitment)

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
  
• Understand job requirements and hiring needs
  
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
  
• Schedule interviews and follow-ups
  
• Support onboarding and HR documentation
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Education:

• Any Graduation (Pursuing Final Year and Recent Pass Outs)
  

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome
  

Skills Required:

• Good English communication skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
  
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
  
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
