Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent. Ensure timely communication with applicants regarding interview schedules and offer extensions. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, non-IT recruitment, mass recruitment, international hiring, or BPO hiring. Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
