Our HR Recruiter Internship focuses on sourcing candidates, managing hiring pipelines, and supporting end-to-end recruitment workflows across tech-driven teams.

Role Overview

As an HR Recruiter Intern, you’ll work on drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews using modern recruitment platforms. You’ll gain practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and candidate engagement strategies while contributing to live hiring campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Internshala, and other tools
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist in onboarding documentation and HR compliance workflows
• Support employer branding and engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (preferred)
• Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation standards
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
