*Job Title:* HR Recruiter Intern

*Location:* Bangalore On-site

*Duration:* 3–6 Months Internship

*Stipend:* As per company norms

*Job Description*

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *HR Recruiter Intern* to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring, people interactions, and learning the complete recruitment cycle. This internship will give you hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates across various roles.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Assist in *end-to-end recruitment* for various positions.

* Understand job requirements and create clear *job postings*.

* Source candidates through *Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media*, and internal databases.

* Conduct *initial screening* calls to assess candidate suitability.

* Schedule and coordinate *interviews* between candidates and hiring managers.

* Maintain and update the *applicant tracking system (ATS)*.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

* Support HR team in *documentation*, onboarding coordination, and other HR activities.

* Assist in building a strong *talent pipeline* for future hiring needs.

*Skills & Qualifications*

* Pursuing or completed *Bachelor’s/Master’s degree* (preferably in HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of the recruitment process (preferred but not mandatory).
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
