Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating hiring decisions. The ideal candidate should have a passion for talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across multiple industries.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.
  • Prepare and share candidate profiles and interview feedback promptly.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with both candidates and clients.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS/reports and adhere to target timelines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment, preferably in a staffing/consultancy firm.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
