HR recruiter

As a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter at one of Weekday's clients, your role will involve overseeing end-to-end recruitment and coordination activities. Your primary responsibility will be to identify top talent and ensure a seamless hiring process for both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate onboarding - Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms - Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews - Coordinate with clients and candidates to facilitate smooth communication - Follow up with selected candidates until successful onboarding - Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, and reporting records - Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring needs and timelines Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment tools - Prior experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred Additional Company Details: This opportunity offers a competitive salary range between Rs 100,000 to Rs 300,000 per annum (INR 1-3 LPA) with a minimum required experience of 0 years. The job location is in Rajkot and Junagadh, and it is a full-time position.
