Job Description

The responsibilities for this role include designing and updating job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates from various online channels, crafting recruiting emails, screening incoming resumes and application forms, interviewing candidates through phone, video, and in-person, preparing and distributing assignments and tests, advertising job openings, providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers, sending job offer emails, answering queries about compensation and benefits, monitoring key HR metrics, participating in job fairs and recruitment events, collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs, and acting as a consultant to new hires to help them onboard. This is a Full-time position with a Day shift schedule and requires in-person work location.,
