Eligibility:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support end-to-end hiring activities for internal and client requirements.
Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation.
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
Promote job openings on social platforms and college networks.
Collaborate with the HR team to understand hiring needs and priorities.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
Good coordination and multitasking skills.
Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain.
