Job Description: As an HR IT and Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles across the IT and non-IT sectors. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain an organized database of candidates and track the recruitment process. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Should be willing to work on Target based environment Qualifications: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in recruitment (IT and/or Non-IT). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. Proficient in using recruitment tools and social media platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to talent acquisition. Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates within 15 kms radius from Annanagar alone apply. Candidates from Chennai alone apply.
