About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in HR or a completed HR internship. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting recruitment efforts and HR operations, including both IT and non-IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Handle both IT and non-IT recruitment requirements effectively
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (including ERP systems)
• Support HR functions such as employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance tracking
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, practices, and legal regulations
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all HR-related information
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience or internship
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in both IT and non-IT recruitment
• Prior exposure to fast-paced or startup environments is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
