Job Title : HR Recruiter

Experience : 6 Month's - 2 Years (Non IT or IT)

Candidates who have done Internship in HR will be an added advantage

Salary Range : 12k - 18k

Shift : 9.30 am to 6 pm, Sunday Fixed week off (Alternate Saturday's off)

Location : Madhavaram, Chennai.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent aligned with our organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and screen candidates using various platforms (e.g., job boards (like Indeed, LinkedIn etc), social media, referrals).

2. Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

4. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.

6. Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

7. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in Non IT or IT recruitment (1+ year preferred).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
