HR Recruiter

Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for our clients while maintaining excellent relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client hiring needs, job descriptions, and required skills. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings and shortlist candidates based on client requirements. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. Maintain candidate database and update recruitment reports regularly. Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure smooth onboarding. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for sourcing and placements. Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or consultancy experience preferred). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
